Along the way I've assessed hundreds of businesses and opportunities. My job was always to see what's missing: the gap in the strategy, the number that doesn't add up, the reason a good idea isn't moving. That experience taught me something simple - most businesses don't fail from lack of ideas or ambition. They fail from lack of clarity, and from carrying every decision alone.
That's why I founded BDM International Group. I work personally with every client - no juniors, no handoffs - combining clear strategy, practical AI adoption, and introductions from a network built over decades on trust and delivering what I promise.
